The ACT Group, through one of its lead companies, also operates as a Type A Inspection Body accredited by Accredia, the Italian Accreditation Body (member of EA, IAF and ILAC), and therefore as a third party, in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard (certificate no. 0553ISP).
Accreditation by Accredia currently covers the following sectors:
- Inspections on the design of works for validation purposes (service): during design and at the end of design;
- Inspections on the execution of works (product): in service.
In the field of inspections, AJA Europe Srl also carries out technical and financial due diligence on projects related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, real estate and construction process supervision, supporting the client or its representatives, such as Project Managers, Site Managers, Health-Safety & Security Coordinators.
In particular, the inspected items may include projects, including energy efficiency projects, civil or industrial plants, construction products, processes and services, energy diagnoses, energy efficiency services also in compliance with EPC contracts, claims, reservations and disputes — limited to technical aspects, etc..
